At Showcase, we maintain a neat and tidy workspace, leaving no hazards unattended. At the end of the day, all ladders and scaffolding are dismantled and neatly stacked, and there is no debris to be found.

Our focus at Showcase By Design is flawlessness and efficiency. The finished paint project will be nothing less than perfection.
Before we begin, we strain all of our paint to prevent any unsightly paint particles. We always powerwash all exterior surfaces. After your other contractors have completed their installations, we patch and caulk all trim and baseboards. We sand and paint the trim twice – everything gets two coats, and every coat is sanded. We then thoroughly inspect the job from top to bottom, looking for errors and fixing all imperfections; any paint issues of any kind. If a patch is made in the wall, we don’t just paint the patch - we paint the entire wall to ensure a seamless coat.
If desired, we are equipped to apply a Level 5 Builder’s Solution prior to priming, ensuring the drywall board and tape is invisible. We also offer an in-house interior cleaning service upon completion of the project.

At Showcase By Design, we hold the highest standards of workmanship and cut no corners. As such, we use the highest quality materials and paints. Our choice for paints are Sherwin Williams & Benjamin Moore as they use high quality resins and contain a high level of titanium oxide, ensuring a long-lasting quality product. We use top of the line caulking and proven fillers to ensure longevity on your investment.
Most importantly, we hold $2M in liability insurance, are WCB compliant and claim-free.
